Commentary

We received great feedback from the class, both bad and good points of our ideas, I created a wordle with the  feedback I received..

Reflecting back at the response we received from the pitch we worked to improve our ideas by going back to the locations and thinking of ideas on how the locations could be lit to ensure filming in the particular areas will be effective. We found that the extreme close up of the eye went slightly out of focus if the camera is too close to the individual however when the camera is further away and zoomed in using the camera controls, pixelation does not occur and is not a problem when filming. If the flash back idea in the extreme close up shot does not work, I thought we could change it slightly and film the artist watching back on a video maybe on a screen so that the storyline does not have to be changed drastically. We looked at possible costume ideas which I have uploaded pictures of and have picked two of those outfits to use when shooting. The white and black outfits were chosen, particular outfits were used to portray the emotions of the song and lyrics to the audience. Especially the colours, black will be used to portray the sad, isolated emotions in the artist lyrics and white will be used in the flashback segment to show a happy contrast to the beginning and end segments.
