Today due to timing difficulties I went out filming on my own as Kiran and I wanted to keep on track with the shooting schedule. The third day of filming consisted of filming Paige walking around in various directions and shot at different angles. I thought this would help in creating a montage effect in the music video so that we could use fragments of the selection of shots we have instead of having an ongoing story which would have looked dull and boring. But the main shot I wanted to capture was the scene of Paige walking past the lamp post so that we could capture the same shot of her walking again wearing a different outfit, then we would like to use a jump cut to merge these shots. This will be when our flashback scenes appear in the music video. Whilst filming these shots looking around the area was very lovely with the forest effect because of the big, leafy trees. I thought it would be nice of Paige to travel through these branches and lip sync using direct eye contact with the camera. This has come out very well than expected and after showing Kiran the footage we both agree that the filming today was a great achievement.
